The Consensus, with it's 119 redemptions, is the rarest regularly obtainable code emblem in the game. The emblem could only be obtained if you had a friend that bought the Destiny 2 base game from a Micromania store that could then refer you to also buy it. The promotion was rarely promoted and was exclusive to the French region where it was also a limited time offer from Nov 23, 2017 to Dec 13, 2017. Due to its rarity, very few were ever resold and even fewer codes are left.
2. Sonic Simulation
Rarity: 8164 Redeemed (0.27213%)

Sonic Simulation, despite have thousands of redemptions, is one of the rarest emblem codes in the game. The emblem was obtained by purchasing the Gold Osiris Funko POP! from the Bungie Store where it would then be delivered via a emailed pdf. In early 2018, pdfs from 2017 expired as Bungie changed their internal system causing many collectors to lose their codes. Bungie has since confirmed that the Funko POP! will not be returning.
3. Sign of Connection
Rarity: 2307 Redeemed (0.07690%)
Estimated price: $3500
Bungie handed these emblems out during EGX 2018 and it has never been released since. The last sale for this emblem was over $3000.
4. Heretic
Rarity: 13194 Redeemed (0.43980%)
Estimated price: $3000
Heretic is the rarest Bungie Store code as the promotion took place from late 2017 to early 2018 during the release of Curse of Osiris. Many of the pdfs from 2017 purchases are also expired leaving less codes in the market. This emblem, like many other Bungie Store promotions will likely never return.
5. Circles Entwined

6. Brick by Brick
Rarity: 4575 Redeemed (0.15250%)

The second rarest Gamestop promotional emblem code, Brick by Brick, was obtainable by ordering a Mega Construx set on Gamestop from 2017-10-07 and 2017-10-22 worth over $15. The promotion only lasted two weeks and was marketed solely by Gamestop in the early days of Destiny 2 explaining its low redemption count. This code was printed on a receipt if purchased in-person or was emailed if ordered online, so it is possible more codes are unused.
7. Spoils of Ishtar

Purchase any qualifying Vault Of Glass-related item in the Bungie Store before they were retired. VoG items were no longer available for preorder as of the end of August, 2021.
8. Recurrent Resplendence

Recurrent Resplendence, one of the most expensive emblems in the game, was released in a exclusive Loot Crate. The codes were emailed to customers rather than printed on the card resulting in many collectors losing their codes as the emails expired.
9. Gateway to Knowledge
Rarity: 4261 Redeemed (0.14203%)

Gateway to Knowledge, one of the rarest donation emblems, was obtainable by donating exactly $50 to the Bungie Foundation during Bungie's block during the 2019 GuardianCon Charity Marathon. Many people did not receive the emblem since they donated more than $50.
10. Cutting Edge
Rarity: 3867 Redeemed (0.12890%)

Cutting Edge, Bungie's only emblem promotion with Razer was obtainable by purchasing one of three eligible Razer Destiny 2 products from the Razer Store to unlock this emblem. The eligible, Destiny 2-themed items were: ManO'War TE Headset, DeathAdder Elite Mouse, Omata Chroma Keyboard. The emblem was only offered when buying from the Razer store, so those who bought the items from the Bungie Store never got the emblem.
