Find all ten (10) Ghosts on The Moon. The first nine (9) can be found on the surface of The Moon; there are a number of good videos for those on YouTube. The final Ghost can be found in The Pit in the Pit of Heresy dungeon. Please note you'll need to finish the Shadowkeep campaign for these Ghost retrieval missions to appear in Eris' inventory.

Promise of Payback

This emblem is actually a rank up reward from The Drifter (not from the Salvager's Salvo questline). You'll need to hit Rank 16 in Season 13, then pick up the emblem from The Drifter.
