Bucket LLC. (incorporated in the state of Delaware)

election of directors or other managing authority.
"Account" means a unique account created for You to

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is Our
policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service
infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of

the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner,

above information in Your notice is accurate and that You
are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the
copyright owner's behalf.
You can contact our copyright agent via email ( [email protected]). Upon receipt of a notification, the Company will take
whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate,
including removal of the challenged content from the Service. Claims
that do not rigorously follow the above guidelines will be
disregarded, and cannot be construed as any formal or informal claim
or notice, DMCA or otherwise. Claims that do not include proof of affiliation will be
processed at our discretion, pursuant to good-faith determination of
capability to make claims. Emblems.report does not verify, endorse,
or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any listing,
product, or service offered by Sellers. Any issues or disputes
concerning products/services must be addressed directly with the
respective Seller. Any sales agreement or transaction is strictly between the Seller
and Buyer. Emblems.report is not a party to any transaction or sales
agreement and assumes no responsibility therein. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, Emblems.report shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss
of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. While
the Marketplace may provide tools or avenues for dispute resolution,
we are under no obligation to do so. Any dispute arising between Sellers
and Buyers should be resolved between the involved parties. Refunds will
be made available until product delivery, at which time the refund option
will no longer be available due to the nature of items that are sold
by sellers.
